Arooqa · Family health history
Your family's health history, kept together.
The lab report in a drawer. The prescription on the fridge. The vaccination card in a folder, and the photo you cannot find. Arooqa keeps all of it in one private place on your iPhone, for everyone you care for.

When a doctor asks “when did this start?”, the answer shouldn’t depend on who remembers.
People, not folders
Everyone you care for, each with their own story.
A newborn’s first check-up, a grandparent’s daily medicines. Every record sits on one person’s timeline, in the order it happened, and says plainly where it came from.

Keep the original
From paper to history, without guessing.
Arooqa never decides what a document says on your behalf. It reads, it shows you where each detail came from, and it waits for you.

- 01
The original is saved first
Scan a page, or add a photo or PDF. Nothing is read before the document is safe.
- 02
You review what it found
On supported iPhones, tested printed lab and prescription details are suggested. You check each against the page.
- 03
Nothing is guessed
Details it could not read stay visible for you to resolve. Every saved record points back to its source.
- 04
Found again when it is needed
Search the family or one person, by medicine brand or generic name, test, doctor or facility, even offline in a waiting room.

The Arooqa family-history app · Private by design
Kept on your phone. Not on our servers.
Privacy here is not a setting to find. It is how the family-history app is built: your family’s records never reach us, so there is nothing for us to lose, sell, or hand over.
No account
Nothing to sign up for. Open the app and add the first person.
Kept on your iPhone
Records live in the app’s private storage on your device. No Arooqa server holds them.
Read on the device
Your iPhone reads your documents. Their text is never sent anywhere to be read.
No ads, no analytics
No advertising, no behavioral analytics, no crash reporting, no data sales.
You decide what leaves
A document, a summary or a full archive leaves your phone only when you share it.
Your family's history
Free to keep. Always.
Your records, originals, search and export belong to the free core. Keep a history for each person you care for, with no account or subscription required for local use.
Can it read any medical document?
No, and it does not pretend to. Tested printed lab and prescription fields can be suggested for review. Requests, clinical notes, vaccination cards and unfamiliar documents stay useful through guided entry or as findable references. Handwriting is not promised. Whatever it reads is marked as read from a document until you check it yourself.
Is this medical advice?
No. Arooqa is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a healthcare professional.
What if I stop using it?
Settings exports the whole family history as a file, with every original document and a readable copy, and restores from it. Your history is never held hostage by the app.
What about Android?
The current invitation is for iPhone. The Get Arooqa page lists the app access options for your device.
